Casa Black
A contemporary tropical residence designed around privacy, atmosphere and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
Residential • Playa Grande, Costa Rica • 2026 • Completed • 400m²
Designed as a contemporary tropical residence, Casa Black explores a restrained architectural language through carefully framed spaces, natural materials and a strong relationship between interior and exterior living. Deep overhangs, shaded courtyards and generous openings respond to the climate while creating privacy and moments of calm throughout the home. A minimal material palette and emphasis on atmosphere reinforce the project’s balance between simplicity, warmth and connection to landscape.
