Casa Veranera is an extensive remodel of an existing residence in Costa Elena, reimagined to elevate the home’s relationship with its dramatic oceanfront setting. The design carefully balances preservation and transformation, refining the architectural language while introducing contemporary interventions that enhance spatial flow, natural light, and connection to the surrounding landscape.

Design Approach

Positioned to capture expansive ocean views, the project prioritizes indoor–outdoor living, framed vistas, and a renewed material palette suited to the coastal environment. Currently under construction, the remodel reflects a considered approach to revitalizing an existing home into a more refined and experiential living environment.
